No Show & Cancellation Policy

• Bootleg Gap Golf enforces a firm 12-hour advance cancellation notice.
• Any time prior to 12 hours before your tee time, you may cancel or modify your reservations with absolutely no charge.
• If there is a reduction in players, cancel within 12 hours, or you no show for your tee time, a $25 per player cancellation charge will be charged to your credit card on file.
• Make changes to golf reservations online at BootlegGapGolf.com or refer to tee time confirmation instructions.
• Bootleg Gap Golf reserves the right to pair singles, twosomes, threesomes and may adjust tee times accordingly.
• Cancellations due to inclement weather will be excluded from cancellation charges. A call to the Pro Shop to cancel during weather events is required.
